This Privacy Policy explains how Quanse Caixiang (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (全色猜想（北京）科技有限公司, a company incorporated in the People's Republic of China) ("Fiitx", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Fiitx — the enterprise AI-agent platform at x.fiit.ai and as a desktop application for macOS and Windows (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account information — email address, workspace and team membership, and authentication data.
- Your Content — the prompts, files, messages, agent configurations, skills, memory and knowledge you create or upload to process a task.
- Usage and billing data — plan, credit balance and consumption, model usage records, and audit logs of actions taken.
- Payment metadata — subscription and transaction records from our payment providers. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers.
- Technical data — device, app version, and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Service and its agents;
- To process your prompts and inputs, including sending them to third-party AI model providers to generate outputs;
- To meter usage, manage subscriptions and process payments;
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and keep audit records;
- To provide support and to communicate service and billing notices;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Where your data lives, and local storage
The cloud control plane is hosted on Vercel. On the desktop app, sensitive credentials you configure (such as third-party API keys and connector tokens) are stored locally on your device using the operating system's secure storage and are not uploaded to our servers. Workspace data is isolated per workspace.
4. Service providers (sub-processors)
We share information with providers only as needed to run the Service:

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
5. AI processing
To generate outputs, your prompts and inputs are transmitted to third-party AI model providers. We select providers to operate the Service; the applicable provider's data-handling terms apply to that processing. Do not submit information you are not permitted to share with such providers.
6. Data retention
We retain account, content, usage and audit data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can delete content within the Service; some records (e.g. billing and audit) may be retained as required by law.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, including per-workspace isolation, encryption in transit, and on-device secure storage of credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
The Service operates globally; your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the providers listed above. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
10. Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
